General Terms and Conditions


1. Scope of application

For all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions apply.
Consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can not be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed activities. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal person who is engaged in the execution of his commercial or independent professional activity when a legal transaction is concluded.
These terms and conditions also apply to future entrepreneurs for future business relations without our being obliged to refer to them again. If the Contractor uses opposing or supplementary General Terms and Conditions of Business, its validity is hereby contradicted; they will only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to it.


2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract comes with Stanislav Maer.
By placing the products in the online shop, we issue a binding offer for the conclusion of the contract. You can initially place our products without obligation in the shopping cart and correct your entries before sending your binding order at any time by using the correction aids provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the quotation about the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.


3. Contract language, contract renewal

The languages available for the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions on this page at any time. For security reasons, your past orders are no longer accessible via the Internet.


4. Terms of delivery

We deliver within Germany free shipping.
We deliver only by mail. Unfortunately a self-collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.


5. Payment


In our shop you have the following payment methods:
Payment in advance
If you choose the method of payment in advance we will call you our bank account in separate email and deliver the goods after payment receipt.


Credit card

By submitting your order, you will also forward your credit card details to us.
After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after ordering. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is debited.


PayPal, PayPal Express

In the ordering process, you are forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register, authenticate with your access data and confirm payment instructions to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is automatically executed by PayPal immediately afterwards. You'll get more information during the ordering process.



PayPal Plus

As part of the PayPalPlus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of PayPal. There you can specify your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and payment instructions to PayPal.
If you have selected the payment type PayPal, you must be able to pay the invoice amount, be registered there and / or register and authenticate with your access data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of payment instructions. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately upon confirmation of the payment instructions and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder at the request of PayPal and your card will be debited. You'll get more information during the ordering process.



If you have selected the direct debit method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. By confirming payment instructions, you issue PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of your account balance (so-called prenotification). After submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of payment instructions, PayPal requests the Bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be executed and your account will be processed.
